Terms & Conditions — 85xo Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 85xo ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 85xo website located at https://85xo.cam and all associated services, products, games, features, and content made available thereon.

By accessing the 85xo platform, completing the account registration process, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 85xo from Malaysia, including but not limited to players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions of Malaysia.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" — the registered player account created on the 85xo platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), excluding any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free-bet amounts, or match-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Platform" — the 85xo website, mobile-optimised site, applications, software, gaming interfaces, and related services accessible at https://85xo.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn from a Player's Account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any act or omission by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, money laundering, or any other conduct defined under Section 9 of this Agreement.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia, being the base currency of all transactions on the 85xo Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 85xo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 85xo or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game technology providers.
4. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily via self-exclusion or involuntarily by Platform action.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation when registering or operating an account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 85xo at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 85xo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All account communications from 85xo, including transaction notifications, verification requests, and promotional messages, will be directed to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure this address remains current and accessible.

In compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, 85xo requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration.

Standard documentation required for KYC verification includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or valid Driver's License. The document must show your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph. All four corners of the document must be visible in submitted images.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and current residential address in Malaysia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing registered name, partial bank statement).

Documents must be submitted via the secure KYC portal within your 85xo account. Do not transmit KYC documents via email, live chat, or any messaging application. The Platform shall not be liable for any compromise of personal data transmitted through unsecured channels contrary to this instruction.

The Platform aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During any pending KYC review, withdrawal requests may be held. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard submissions are insufficient for verification purposes.

85xo accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: FPX online banking, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method. Deposit limits apply and may vary by payment channel. The Platform does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which 85xo accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts, or anonymous payment instruments are not accepted. The Platform reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20, BTC) are credited to your MYR account balance at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. Processing times for cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements, typically ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. 85xo accepts no liability for network congestion, blockchain delays, or exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

Deposits made in error — including deposits to incorrect wallet addresses — cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain or processed via FPX. Players are advised to verify all payment details before confirming any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds credited to the account must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Players may review their applicable limits under Account Settings.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the Platform approves an alternative method in writing.

Estimated processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow, FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically 30 minutes to 4 hours from approval, subject to banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 / Cryptocurrency: typically 15–60 minutes from approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

Processing times stated above are estimates and not guarantees. The Platform shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, public holidays, or circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control.

The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of unusual size or pattern. During any such review, the processing of the withdrawal may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified of such reviews where permissible under applicable AML obligations.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by 85xo are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These general Terms shall apply in conjunction with such specific promotion terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable real-money balance upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action shall not affect promotions already validly claimed and currently active.
• Players who are found to have exploited or abused promotional offers — including through use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting patterns, or bonus-specific wagering strategies that contravene the spirit of the promotion — may have their bonus forfeited and their account flagged for review.
• Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements may vary by game type. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or through the 85xo Platform:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any way not available through the standard user interface.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting in breach of promotion terms, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee profit at the Platform's expense.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud. The Platform maintains active AML monitoring and cooperates with law enforcement authorities in all applicable jurisdictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform or its support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, while actively circumventing geographic access controls.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided and may result in account suspension.

85xo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes.
• The identity of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified through the KYC process.
• The account activity presents a risk to the integrity of games, the security of other players, or the financial stability of the Platform.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request has been received requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements and pending investigations) will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending completion of any applicable investigation, and to apply such balance against losses or claims arising from the player's conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 85xo, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from interruption of access to the Platform, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyber-attack, or any other cause.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or pay-table information that arise from technical faults or third-party game provider errors, subject to the Platform's reasonable efforts to correct such errors promptly.
• Any losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions, including decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to have been in error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Platform's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

All content on the 85xo Platform — including but not limited to the 85xo brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game integrations, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 85xo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, adapted, or otherwise used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 85xo. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal proceedings.

The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download any portion of the Platform's source code or underlying technology.

85xo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are available to registered players at no charge via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that prevent you from depositing beyond your pre-set threshold during the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable play-session timers with mandatory cool-down periods upon reaching the limit.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active gaming sessions reminding you of your session duration and net gaming position.

You retain the right to access, correct, restrict, and in certain circumstances request deletion of personal data held about you by the Platform. Requests may be submitted to our support team. The Platform will respond to data-related requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

85xo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on their account or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 10.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 85xo is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and 85xo, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek resolution through informal means. The Platform is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint procedure, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the Platform's operating licence conditions. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory rights you may hold under the laws of the Republic of Malaysia or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
